The British boxer will face the American YouTuber in an eight round fight which will be streamed in real-time on Netflix.
Briton Joshua stated he will "stamp all over" Jake Paul and "defeat" his opponent as the two fighters confronted each other to promote the upcoming bout.
Former two-time unified boxing king Anthony Joshua meets social media star turned fighter Paul - in what is, theoretically, a huge uneven pairing - at Miami venue on 19 December.
Boxer's Attitude
"I plan to break his face and hurt his body. I aim to demonstrate my superiority," Joshua, 35, declared.
"I'll stamp all over him. That's a fighter's mentality.
"I will seriously aim to cause him pain. That's what I want to do."
Respectful Exchange
In spite of those words, a relaxed Anthony Joshua and internet personality Paul - typically known for his theatrics - exchanged pleasantries and kept it respectful with each other.
Paul rather attacked former Joshua opponent the Cameroonian fighter and labeled him "ridiculous" after Ngannou rejected a bout proposal.
Taking Aim at Fury
Anthony Joshua, meanwhile, took aim at UK opponent Tyson Fury - and declined a million-pound wager 'Tyson Fury' claims he will make on a Paul victory.
"Jake Paul is better than Fury - he's actually sitting here," the boxer said.
"I acknowledge that."
Legitimate Fighter
Despite stating he plans to hurt Jake Paul, Joshua refused to comment unfavorably about his rival's pugilistic talent.
"Jake Paul is a serious fighter," he said.
Paul's History
Jake Paul - who originally gained popularity on the television network - has mostly fought MMA fighters or faded names since entering professional boxing.
He was defeated by Briton Fury in last year.
Financial Attraction
Still, the relative newcomer remains one of the sport's largest financial successes, frequently receiving substantial earnings.
Prediction and Confidence
The 28 year old forecast a knockout win in the fourth or fifth round and claimed he would derail the highly-expected Fury-Joshua bout, which is apparently in the works for two years from now.
"It's going to be myself against Tyson Fury next year," Paul said.
Physical Disparity
As both boxers engaged in the traditional confrontation, with their physical disparity evident, it emphasized just how surprising this complete situation is - and how remarkable it is that the bout is actually going ahead.
